Contract Sales Tax​/Indirect Tax Accountant

• Prepare and support multi-state sales tax compliance, filings, and reporting activities
• Research and respond to sales taxability questions from internal stakeholders and customers
• Assist with tax audits, notices, and compliance inquiries from taxing authorities
• Analyze transaction data and support monthly indirect tax processes across multiple locations
• Utilize ERP systems and tax technology tools to maintain accurate compliance reporting

• 1+ years of sales tax or indirect tax experience required (2-5 years preferred)
• Experience working with ERP systems and large data sets
• Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup functions
• SAP, Vertex, manufacturing industry, or multi-state tax experience is a plus
