• Oversee high-volume invoice processing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Manage workload priorities and optimize team productivity across daily operations.
• Serve as the Accounts Payable Supervisor responsible for resolving complex escalations and strengthening stakeholder relationships.
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience with demonstrated leadership or people-management success.
• Proven experience managing teams within a high-volume transaction processing environment.
• Strong background in KPI analysis, process improvement, and operational leadership.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills to support reporting and decision-making.
