Target Compensation: $60,000
Location:
Tampa, FL 33614
- Join an established Tampa-area organization with a hands-on, collaborative team environment
- Play a key role in managing day-to-day financial operations and cash flow
- Leverage industry-leading software including Lightspeed and CDK
- Gain visibility across multiple areas of accounting and business operations
- Opportunity to make an immediate impact and contribute to process improvements
- Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
- Process invoices, payments, collections, and account reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping transactions
- Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting
- Utilise Lightspeed and CDK systems to support accounting operations
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with AP and AR responsibilities
- Experience using Lightspeed and/or CDK software required
- Strong reconciliation, data entry, and general ledger skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
