We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage accurate and timely bi-weekly payroll processing. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience handling payroll adjustments, resolving pay discrepancies, processing garnishments, and performing payroll reconciliations.

• Process and review bi-weekly payroll for accuracy.
• Handle payroll corrections, retroactive pay, off-cycle checks, deductions, and garnishments.
• Apply payroll policies and union contract requirements.
• Reconcile payroll records with accounting, tax, and benefits records.
• Prepare payroll reports and support audits and year-end activities.
• Assist the Payroll Manager and provide guidance on complex payroll issues.

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant payroll, accounting, timekeeping, or HR experience.
• Strong data entry, analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information and meet payroll deadlines.
• Hands‑on experience processing complex payroll transactions.

• Experience with ADP or Trapeze payroll/timekeeping systems.
• Experience working in a unionized environment, particularly with collective bargaining agreements.
