The FWS Student Assistant will be responsible for entry‑level administrative tasks such as data entry, file organization, and calendar management.

The FWS Student Assistant will provide part‑time (10‑15 hours weekly), on‑campus support, handling front‑desk duties (greeting visitors, calls), administrative tasks (filing, data entry, mail), and assisting staff with projects like event prep, social media, or managing databases, focusing on customer service, communication, organization, and basic tech skills (MS Office) to support HR service delivery to the USF Health population.
