Role OverviewWe’re looking for an organized, experienced, detail‑oriented Office Manager and Executive Assistant for a new and growing energy technology company in the greater Tampa Bay area (Gibsonton, to be exact). You’ll ensure smooth day-to-day operations while providing high-level administrative support to senior leadership. This role is central to maintaining organizational efficiency and supporting strategic initiatives as we grow and welcome new team members.

Compensation and Benefits- Base salary DOE $90,000-$100,000 annually
- 401k eligible
- PTO—first year accumulates 120 hours in first 12 months
- 14 annual holiday days: 13 scheduled and 1 floating holiday
- Provide executive support: manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and prepare board‑level communications.
- Oversee office operations: supplies, vendors, and workflow management.
- Draft, edit, and proofread professional correspondence and presentations.
- Track deadlines, compliance requirements, and documentation for audit readiness.
- Act as liaison between executives, staff, and external partners.
- Organize meetings, events, and community engagement activities.
- 5+ years of experience in executive support, office management, or administrative leadership.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Zoom, and document management tools.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.
- Experience in energy, utilities, or technical industries is a plus.
