Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an Executive Office Manager for our client, a highly regarded mission-driven energy cooperative in Tampa, Florida ! This is a wonderful full-time, direct-hire position with benefits.
What you’ll be doing- Provides high-level administrative and governance support to the CEO, executive leadership, and Board of Directors.
- Coordinates Board and committee meetings, ensures compliance with governance requirements, and maintains official records and meeting minutes.
- Partners with legal and executive teams to manage updates to corporate documents, policies, and bylaws.
- Oversees onboarding and orientation for new Board members and facilitates signature and approval processes for key documents.
- Manages the Board’s digital portal, event logistics, and vendor contracts for meetings and retreats.
- Develops and monitors the Executive Office and Board budgets, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies.
- Supports cross-departmental collaboration and fosters a positive, results-driven organizational culture.
- Maintains executive records, tracks compliance documentation, and performs additional duties as assigned.
- Conversant in “Robert’s Rules of Order.”
- Complex meeting and travel logistics
- Knowledgeable regarding various virtual formats (scheduling meetings in Webex, Skype, other; maintaining Board electronic portal Board Effect)
This opportunity offers an annual salary range of $90,000-$100,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package!
