Administrative Assistant​/Receptionist

The Receptionist / Administrative Assistant is responsible for greeting customers, answering phones, assisting with administrative tasks, coordinating communication between departments, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

• Greet customers and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, and emails.
• Direct customer inquiries to the appropriate Appliance Advisor or department.
• Schedule appointments, deliveries, and service calls as needed.
• Assist with customer order processing and documentation.
• Prospect and qualify potential customers through phone, email, text, and online outreach, generating leads and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain customer records and update information in company systems.
• Process paperwork, filing, scanning, and data entry.
• Assist with financing applications and warranty registrations.
• Monitor showroom appearance and ensure reception area remains organized.
• Support management with various administrative and operational tasks.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory-related paperwork and vendor communications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or administrative experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proficient in using internet search tools and social media platforms.
• Comfortable learning new software systems.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.

• Experience in appliance, retail, furniture, construction, or home improvement industries.
• Experience with CRM, POS, or inventory management systems.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
