Legal Secretary

A well-established law firm in Tampa is seeking a professional and personable Legal Secretary to join its team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, possesses strong organizational skills, and takes pride in providing exceptional administrative and client support.

• Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Manage scheduling, calendars, and conference room reservations
• Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence
• Maintain client files and electronic records
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office communications
• Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff
• Assist with data entry, filing, and other general office duties as needed

• Prior administrative, receptionist, or office support experience required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy office setting
• Previous law firm experience is a plus
• Experience supporting attorneys or legal staff is highly preferred
