Forbici Tampa restaurant is currently hiring ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to join our team.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible to assist management in tasks such as daily tip distribution, scheduling, payroll and tracking of invoices.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams.
• At least 1 year experience in an office and/or restaurant environment.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating and communicating across all levels of an organization.
• Strong communication skills. Written and verbal (1:1 and in a group setting).
• Able to understand, speak and follow written and verbal instruction in English
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Excels in a team environment and is viewed as a team player by all Team Members
• A strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow.
• Must be at least 18 years old

• Must have the ability to lift, push, pull approximately 25lbs.
• Must be able to work in small spaces for up to 5 hours.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and deal with unexpected situations.
