• Create collision damage repair estimates for Tesla vehicles including Model S, Model X, Model Y, and Model 3 (technical estimating, not sales estimating).
• Build repair plans following Tesla-specific repair procedures.
• Guide disassembly technicians regarding the scope and pace of disassembly to identify all damages early.
• Communicate with insurance companies for claim submission and billing.
• Coordinate with Collision Technicians to clarify repair versus replace decisions.
• Update customers on vehicle repair progress.
• Manage billing and vehicle delivery processes.

• At least 5 years of automotive collision damage estimating experience.
• Knowledge of insurance procedures and requirements.
• Proficiency with computers and estimating software such as CCC, Audatex, or Mitchell.
• Automotive knowledge/background; willingness to cross-train for management roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer service orientation.
• I-CAR certification is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License is preferred.
