We are looking for a dedicated Detailer to join our team in Brandon, FL. The role focuses on providing exemplary customer service and delivering high‑quality detailing in a fast‑paced environment.

• Wash exterior of vehicles using a variety of cleaning solutions.
• Wax and buff vehicles with cloths and buffing machines.
• Vacuum interiors to remove dirt and debris.
• Clean upholstery and surfaces and use air compressors and cloths to dry items.
• Apply preservation chemicals to protect against spots and stains.
• Use dyes, paints, and waxes to protect leather or fabric.
• Clean and remove grease on engines or engine compartments.
• Maintain store facilities and equipment for high‑quality service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

• Position requires frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and squatting during each shift.
• May involve outdoor work under varying climate conditions.
• Require moving multiple vehicles throughout the day.
• Use of safe and OSHA‑approved waxes and cleaners.
• Continuous flexing of spine, hands, wrists, and fingers.
• Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Receive detailed oral instructions continuously.
• Good vision and hearing necessary.
• Ability to detect small imperfections and quality‑inspect own work and that of teammates.
• Work with a sense of urgency to respect customers’ time.
• Strict adherence to uniform and grooming standards.

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Team‑player attitude.
• Good reading comprehension of instructions.
• Desire to treat each customer’s vehicle with care and respect.
• Reliability: arrive on time and stay on task during the shift.
• Capability to drive both automatic and manual shift vehicles.
• Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed.
