We’re looking for a highly motivated, versatile operator to join Corestream for 3-6 months to backfill for a parental leave. We are seeking a problem solver who thrives in ambiguity, connects dots across teams, and drives initiatives from idea to execution. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and analytics. You’ll support our cross-functional programs - spanning Biz Ops, process design, and partner initiatives - and step in to lead teams or projects when needed.
This is a hands‑on, high‑visibility role designed for someone who wants to build a career in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment.
What You’ll Do Strategic Operations- Partner with senior leadership to translate company goals into operational plans and measurable outcomes.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and insights that track performance across sales, partnerships, and client programs.
- Identify inefficiencies and lead process improvements across teams
- Manage strategic projects end‑to‑end from framing the problem to executing and communicating outcomes.
- Step in to lead or support internal teams as needed.
- Create playbooks, templates, and scalable workflows that improve consistency and accountability across teams.
- Gather and synthesize data from multiple systems to drive decision‑making.
- Build models and forecasts to support strategic planning, capacity management, and revenue tracking.
- Translate complex data into simple, actionable insights for executives and team leads.
- A strategic thinker who can dive into details without losing the big picture.
- Data‑driven, systems‑oriented, and obsessed with improving processes.
- A natural problem solver with strong follow‑through and project management skills.
- Equally comfortable building an analysis, running a cross‑team meeting, or stepping in to manage people.
- Curious, entrepreneurial, and adaptable - a “general athlete” who thrives in a dynamic environment.
- 3–6 years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or a similar analytical role.
- Proven ability to manage projects and influence cross‑functional teams.
- Strong Excel skills; experience with Salesforce, Power
BI, or equivalent tools is a plus. - Excellent communication and executive‑readout skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or related field (MBA a plus, not required).
