Title: Business Process Analyst
Location: Tampa, FL (onsite)
Duration: 24-month contract
Seeking a Business Process Analyst to lead the integration, adoption, and optimization of Onit solutions to automate business workflows and elevate process efficiencies. You’ll bridge business needs and technical execution, working across departments to streamline member-centric operations while ensuring compliance and risk management.
Responsibilities- Lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of Onit-powered workflows—e.g., contract lifecycle, case intake, matter tracking, or approvals.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, develop process maps, and define workflows aligned with operational objectives.
- Design, test, and refine process automation using Onit tools; ensure alignment with business rules, compliance frameworks, and internal controls.
- Monitor performance metrics—such as throughput, turnaround time, and error rates—and iterate to drive continuous process improvement.
- Act as Onit power-user and subject-matter expert: train users, develop documentation, and troubleshoot issues.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., legal ops, IT, compliance) to ensure smooth delivery, change management, and adherence to risk and regulatory standards.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience + 4 years additional).
- Solid operations, process improvement, or business analysis background (5+ years preferred).
- Demonstrated experience implementing or managing process automation or workflow platforms—preferably Onit (contract lifecycle, legal ops, matter management, etc.).
- Proficiency with process modeling tools and methodologies (e.g., SIPOC, Value Stream, Lean, BPMN).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Comfortable operating in highly regulated environments, with focus on risk, compliance, and audit-ready documentation.
- Lean Six Sigma or BPM certification: military experience or familiarity with military-member service ethos (common preference).
