Base pay range$18.00/hr - $23.00/hr
Responsibilities- Assist in receiving, dispatching, inspecting, handling, and stocking inbound product
- Receive returns, count and confirm quantities, determine condition, and complete processing
- Arrange for pick-up of shipments, contact delivery drivers, and coordinate schedules
- Communicate effectively with other departments in the company
- Respond quickly to customer/client inquiries, resolve problems, and communicate service issues to the supervisor
- Encourage safe work practices in others
- Arrange daily cycle count and monitor variance
- Other duties as assigned to the position
- Bachelor's or international equivalent
- 1 year of relevant experience preferred; no experience is ok, training provided
- Strong sense of responsibility, ability to follow supervision, good communication skills
