Business Systems/ Tech Analyst, Data Analyst
This position will be responsible for providing advanced support to the Program Office by working across all functional areas within Wipro Health Plan Services (WHPS). Responsibilities include defining scope, eliciting requirements, analyzing inputs, creating surveys, facilitating stakeholder meetings, developing reports and dashboards, expanding metrics, and presenting recommendations for continuous improvement.
The role involves representing the Program Office in cross-functional, high-visibility projects with external business partners. Business Analysts provide analytical and strategic support to enable project teams to:
The role requires working with business and technology teams to identify key issues, articulate problems, apply analytical frameworks, develop solutions, and present findings. Under the Program Office's guidance, the candidate may lead small to medium change management projects, provide informal guidance to team members, and have supervisory responsibilities on a project basis.
Other duties include applying broad knowledge of principles and concepts to develop analytical frameworks and methodologies for complex strategy issues, often requiring ingenuity and originality.
Qualifications- Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related fields;
Master's degree preferred.
- Application of principles and theories in strategic thinking;
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel;
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and challenges.
