Role DescriptionThis full‑time on‑site position places an Account Manager in Tampa, FL to oversee customer accounts, nurture strong client relationships, and design customized pest control solutions. Key duties include coordinating with field teams, managing service schedules, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications- Account management and client relationship‑building skills
- Strong organization, time management, and coordination capabilities
- Problem‑solving skills and the ability to resolve customer concerns effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer‑centric mindset
- Ability to work on‑site at the Tampa, FL office and travel as needed
- Previous experience in pest control, property management, or related industries is an advantage
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite tools
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required
- A valid driver’s license
