This is a Sales Operations & Fulfillment Manager role in Minneapolis. Venture Med Group is looking for a data‑driven Sales Operations & Customer Fulfilment Manager to continue our evolution of developing scalable commercial operations processes. In this role, you will manage data and tools to enable sales data pipeline/forecasting, dashboards, and CRM hygiene; partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance & Customer Support to contribute to data accuracy and enable faster, data‑driven decisions.
WhatYou’ll Do
As a Sales Operations & Fulfillment Manager, you will:
- Own sales process reporting & analytics:
Build and maintain dashboards and reports (pipeline, bookings, forecast accuracy, conversion rates, product mix, territory performance) in Power BI - Forecasting & planning:
Support monthly/quarterly forecasting, territory design, quota setting, and capacity modeling. - CRM excellence:
Administer and optimize Salesforce (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud) objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, views, and workflows; drive data quality, end‑user engagement, and ecosystem governance. - Marketing ops support:
Partner on marketing automation (e.g., Pardot/Account Engagement, Hub Spot, Marketo) for lead lifecycle, MQL/SQL definitions, campaign attribution, lead management, and funnel analytics. - Revenue operations processes:
Document and improve quote‑to‑cash processes; support price lists, discounting guidelines, approvals, and SFDC Case workflows where applicable (e.g., trunk stock management, vendor setup processes etc.) - Developing Customer Lifecycle processes and enabling 360‑degree views of customer engagement
- Finance alignment:
Reconcile sales and financial data; assist with Quick Books extracts and month‑end sales reporting. - Ad‑hoc analysis:
Run opportunity deep dives, churn/win‑loss, cohort analyses, funnel diagnostics, and A/B test readouts. - Enablement & change management:
Create SOPs, train users on dashboards/CRM, and champion best practices across the commercial team. - Tools & data stewardship:
Manage data integrations (CSV/API/ETL), light SQL/MS Access querying, data imports/updates, and error resolution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–6+ years in Sales Ops, Rev Ops, Commercial Analytics, or related role (medtech or healthcare technology preferred).
- Salesforce Administrator certification (or equivalent experience) preferred.
- Experience working with healthcare/commercial data (Acuity
MD, GPO/IDN, distributor sales, territory structures) is a plus.
