Tampa Bay Girls Academy – Secure is comprised of multiple co‑located residential commitment programs serving high‑risk and max‑risk female youth aged 12-21. These programs provide services utilizing evidence‑based practices to deliver comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling.

You will work as a staff member of the Student Services team. Primarily responsible for all of the functions of the Control Desk to ensure the safety and security of students, staff and campus. The Control Desk Clerk reports to the designated supervisor. Depending on site, this position is supervised by the Program Director, Shift Supervisor, Office Manager, Business Manager or Site Trainer.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess a current State Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record for the past 3 years.
• Must be eligible to operate a company vehicle during the course of employment (if required).
• Be able to pass a criminal background clearance check, drug screen, physical and TB test.
• Have the ability to utilize resources available to complete assigned projects.
• Be able to prepare written reports and correspondence.
