Assistant Kids Club Manager at EōS Fitness

We are seeking a dependable, caring, and trustworthy Assistant Kids Club Manager to join our dedicated Childcare team. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong multitasking ability, and experience in a fast‑paced environment.

Essential Purpose
:
Lead, coach, and train the Kids Club team to provide a safe, fun, and active environment for children aged two months to twelve years.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the Kids Club facility, ensuring a safe environment for children, supervising activities, and complying with safety protocols.
  • Assist with the training of the Kids Club Associate team.
  • Schedule staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage during operating hours and monitoring child‑to‑staff ratios.
  • Manage reservations and child agreements, communicating efficiently with parents and tracking bookings.
  • Work closely with the Kids Club Manager to align team goals, coordinate tasks, and ensure efficient operations.
  • Implement emergency procedures, including evacuation plans and first‑aid protocols.
  • Develop age‑appropriate activities, games, and crafts.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to parents and guardians, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and gym management regarding policies, procedures, and updates.
  • Foster positive relationships with members and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year in a supervisory role; prior experience in childcare, daycare, or recreational programming.
  • Knowledge of child development principles, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Passion for working with children and creating a nurturing environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Detail‑oriented, systematic approach to problem solving, with strong time‑management, organizational, and record‑keeping skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Requirements
  • Must successfully pass a background check.
  • CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
  • Ability to work in a gym setting, moving across floors and rooms.
  • Ability to access and operate the company computer system, prepare documents, enter data, and read reports.
  • Physical ability to bend routinely and lift more than 40 lbs.

Hourly Pay Range: $16–$17 USD
