We are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to join our team in the Tampa office. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing construction plans, coordinating the delivery of all project components, managing subcontractors, and executing contracts with clients. Our ideal Project Manager is creative, driven, and committed to delivering quality projects efficiently and cost-effectively, while ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.

Key Skills and

Qualifications:

* 6-10 years of construction experience

* OSHA 30 certification

* Proficiency in Suretrak or MS Project scheduling software

* Working knowledge of BIM processes, software, and tools

* Strong communication skills
