Leeds Professional Resources is working with a client in the 33619 area that is looking for a Controller in the construction industry.
Must have a construction and/or land development background. In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of cost-effective and efficient accounting and financial reporting systems, policies and processes that meet the current and future business requirements of the company.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Review and evaluate budgets.
• Review and evaluate cost reports and other financial operating reports.
• Identify and lead process improvement efforts to streamline the project accounting function.
• Project cost tracking, analysis and reporting.
• Civil construction (underground utility) and equipment management experience needed
