We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee new construction projects from sitework through final delivery. This role requires a balance of strategic planning, on-site leadership, and managing trades. The ideal candidate thrives in high-detail environments, managing complex schedules and ensures seamless coordination among architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers.

• Oversee and manage all phases of custom residential construction projects
• Partner with cross-functional teams (project coordination, interiors, etc.), ensuring team has all necessary information to complete construction projects effectively and on time
• Coordinate inspections, complying with local building codes
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and progress reports
• Supervise trades, ensuring quality standards are met
• Conduct site visits, walkthroughs and meetings as needed to maintain up-to-date status on all active projects
• Oversee site safety, logistics, and daily operations
• Resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track and within scope

• 10+ years of experience in residential construction management, with an emphasis on luxury/custom
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and high-end finishes
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and complex workflows
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Buildertrend)
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical takeoffs
• Strong leadership capability, with a collaborative, detail-oriented approach
