- Coaching and consulting for assigned projects, responsible for project team associates
- Full performance responsibility for a project or group of projects: financial oversight, construction quality, owner satisfaction, safety performance, quality metrics, subcontractor selection and relations, documentation, schedule, and risk management
- Direct management of associates on the project team
- Supporting early-career project managers, field engineers, superintendents, and other construction professionals to grow internal talent pipeline
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives
- Consulting with development teams to support efforts to win potential projects
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or construction management (B.S./B.A.) from an accredited four‑year college or university
- 10‑12 years of related experience
- Advanced knowledge of commercial construction industry and construction operations principles
- Demonstrated success in team building
- Strong leadership, management, computer skills, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- LEED AP or LEED Green Associate preferred
- Valid driver’s license
