• Review project plans, specifications, and budgets to ensure accuracy and feasibility, particularly for curtain wall and façade systems.
• Conduct thorough value engineering to optimize design, cost, and performance, focusing on the specific needs of unitized and curtain wall applications.
• Manage the evaluation of material procurement

• Strong technical knowledge of facade systems and building envelopes.

• Extensive experience in value engineering
