Construction Superintendent - High End Interior Finish Work
Job Title: Superintendent
Location: Tampa, FL
OverviewWe are currently seeking experienced Superintendents to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have a solid background in construction supervision, with specific experience in high‑end interior finish work. Superintendents at our company play a critical role in ensuring project success and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Oversee all on‑site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project management staff to maintain project schedule and budget.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures.
- Provide leadership and guidance to on‑site construction teams.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to address concerns and ensure project success.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a construction superintendent.
- Strong knowledge of high‑end interior finish work.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- OSHA certification preferred.
