• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.

• Experience supporting new terminal construction or large‑scale airport modernization programs.
• Familiarity with Owner’s Representative responsibilities and project management documentation.
• PMP or PSP certification is a plus.

• 7–10 years of scheduling experience on large‑scale construction projects, preferably in aviation or airport programs.
• Direct experience working as an Owner’s Representative or program management consultant on airport terminal or airfield projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent scheduling tools.
• Strong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling, resource leveling, and earned value management (EVM) principles.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of airport operations, FAA requirements, and construction phasing constraints is highly desirable.

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 (or equivalent) for airport construction programs.
• Collaborate with the Owner’s Representative, Program/Project Managers, and construction contractors to ensure schedule accuracy.
• Analyze schedule impacts, assess risks, and recommend recovery strategies.
• Participate in schedule coordination meetings with design teams, contractors, and airport operations staff.
• Prepare and present schedule reports and forecasts to stakeholders.
• Monitor critical path activities and dependencies.
• Support program management in evaluating change orders, scope adjustments, and potential delays.
• Assist in integrating construction phasing plans, operational constraints, and airport safety/security requirements.

$160,000 per year.
