Overview Seeking an experienced Concrete Project Superintendent to lead the structural concrete scope on a downtown Tampa high‑rise project. This role requires hands‑on leadership of cast‑in‑place concrete operations from foundations through vertical structure. The ideal candidate has led multi‑story/high‑rise concrete projects and understands the pace, sequencing, and coordination required for complex urban builds.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all structural concrete operations (foundations, cores, shear walls, columns, slabs).
• Oversee daily field operations, crews, formwork systems, rebar placement, pours, and cycle times.
• Coordinate concrete sequencing with project management, inspectors, engineers, and other trades.
• Enforce safety, quality control, and schedule adherence on a fast‑paced vertical project.
• Plan and execute pours, manpower loading, and material logistics in a constrained downtown site.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, look‑ahead schedules, and productivity tracking.
• Serve as the primary field leader for the concrete scope through structure completion.

Required Experience

• Proven high‑rise concrete experience (multi‑story / tower projects required).
• Background with structural cast‑in‑place concrete contractors or self‑perform concrete teams.
• Experience leading concrete work on urban or tight‑site projects.
• Strong knowledge of form systems, rebar, PT decks, and vertical concrete sequencing.
• Ability to lead large crews and multiple pours per week.
• OSHA knowledge and strong safety leadership.

Preferred Background

• Former Lead / Structural / Concrete Superintendent.
• Experience with hotel, multifamily, mixed‑use, or luxury high‑rise projects.
• Florida high‑rise experience a plus.
