A leading residential builder in the Greater Tampa area is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee day‑to‑day field operations on single‑family and multi‑family projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, reputable construction company with a strong pipeline across the Tampa Bay region.

• Manage all on‑site construction activities for residential projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and site logistics
• Ensure high‑quality craftsmanship and adherence to plans, codes, and safety standards
• Maintain daily reports, progress tracking, and communication with the project team
• Deliver homes on time, within budget, and to company standards
• Build strong relationships with trades, inspectors, and homeowners

• Experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent on residential construction (single‑family or multi‑family)
• Strong understanding of scheduling, inspections, permitting, and punchout processes
• Ability to manage multiple homes/phases simultaneously
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
• Knowledge of Florida building codes and local inspection requirements
