• Lead day-to-day on-site construction operations
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and trades
• Manage schedules, inspections, materials, and logistics
• Maintain safe, clean, and well-organized job sites
• Conduct and document progress meetings
• Collaborate with the Project Manager on budgets, cost controls, and contracts
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, SWPPP, and company protocols

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of ground-up construction, especially Big Box Retail or Grocery
• Walmart project experience is a major plus
• Comfortable with scheduling, quality control, subcontractor management
• OSHA 30 Certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
• SWPPP Certification (preferred)
• Proficient in MS Office; WRIKE and Field Wire familiarity a bonus
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel and manage out-of-town projects as needed
