This is a full-time, on-site role for a Concrete Finisher located in Tampa, FL. The Concrete Finisher will be responsible for the preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete surfaces in various construction projects. Daily tasks include measuring and marking forms, setting up and removing formwork, smoothing and leveling surfaces, operating power tools, and ensuring proper curing processes. Collaboration with team members and adherence to safety protocols are integral to this role.

• Proficiency in using power tools and basic understanding of equipment operation for construction tasks.
• Experience with formwork and flatwork related to concrete installation and finishing processes.
• Familiarity with carpentry techniques as they apply to form construction and structural work.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment used in site preparation and concrete placement is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow detailed plans and blueprints.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Prior experience in commercial or residential concrete work is a plus.
• Commitment to workplace safety and high-quality workmanship.
• Must have reliable transportation.
