Construction Estimator – Commercial & Residential Projects

This is a contract position; payment is per estimate from take‑off to proposal sent. Pay is based on project size.

We are seeking an experienced, detail‑oriented Construction Estimator to support commercial and high‑end residential construction projects. This role is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing plans and specifications, and collaborating with project managers to deliver competitive and successful bids.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial projects.
Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to determine scope, materials, and labor for a full proposal.
Develop bid proposals, including labor, materials, equipment, and overhead.
Update estimates as project conditions or scopes change.

Qualifications

Proven experience in estimating commercial construction projects.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Experience

Construction estimating: 2 years (Required).
