The ideal candidates will have a solid background in overseeing ground-up development projects, particularly in the construction of new commercial buildings. As a Superintendent with us, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects while prioritizing client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all on-site construction activities for new commercial projects, ensuring strict adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Collaborate closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and project management personnel to maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Enforce rigorous safety protocols and quality control measures throughout the construction process.
• Provide strong leadership and guidance to on-site construction teams, fostering a culture of excellence and efficiency.
• Maintain open and effective communication with project stakeholders to address concerns promptly and ensure project success.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a proven track record in new commercial construction projects.
• Thorough understanding of commercial construction practices and processes, including ground-up development.
• Exceptional leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while upholding quality standards.
• OSHA certification is preferred.
