A Senior Superintendent position in Tampa, FL is available at Garney Construction. To be considered for this position you must have previous construction experience.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
* Drive job site safety and establish site safety expectations.
* Create 6-week look-ahead schedules and monitor overall project schedule.
* Coordinate with project management.
* Review job cost and manage labor quantities.
* Complete daily and periodic report updates.
* Oversee quality control.
* Manage subcontractors.
* Train craft workers.
* Mentor Superintendents.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or other related Field.
* 10 Plus years of water and waste water construction expereince with a self-performing gerneral contractor.
* Willing to travel and/or relocate.
