This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Construction Superintendent located in Tampa, FL. The Construction Superintendent will oversee day-to-day construction site operations, ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets, and monitor compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities include managing contractors, coordinating resources, maintaining schedules, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the construction process.

• Running commercial projects from start to finish.
• Scheduling sub contractors through out the project to meet schedules.
• Must be able to read drawings for all trades and have basic knowledge of all.
• ACHA Experience preferred.
• Sense of urgency, keeping jobs moving forward, and problem solving independently.
• PROCORE Experience preferred.
• Job Reports, Weekly reporting, Schedule updating , Owner Architect Meetings.
• Must be willing to travel to jobs throughout Pasco, Pinellas, & Polk County.
• Independently run projects.
• Work in Hospital & Medical Settings with multiple stakeholders.
• Salary dependent on experience.
