You will analyze drawings and specifications, set deadlines and schedules, procure materials, tools and equipment, and monitor progress, coordinating with the Foreman, owners, and consulting engineers.
The role involves site visits, accurate take-offs, managing subcontractors, submittals, RFI’s, shop drawings, change orders, and close-out documents.
