I'm partnering with a leading, well-capitalised Florida developer to find a Construction Manager for a major high-rise residential project in Tampa that's just getting under way. You'll be the owner's lead on site, keeping the GC accountable and driving the project from start to handover.
It's a high-profile build with a developer that has a strong pipeline, offering real ownership and visibility at senior level.
The role- Owner's lead on site, overseeing GC performance, schedule, budget and quality
- Managing change orders, pay applications, RFIs and submittals
- Leading owner-provided scopes, closeout and turnover
- 10+ years in construction, with significant multifamily PM experience
- Both GC and owner/developer-side experience
- Florida market experience and trade relationships
- Procore, P6 or MS Project, and Bluebeam
- A competitive base salary plus bonus and milestone incentives
- A flagship project and a long-term pipeline
