HVAC SUPERINTENDENT – MULTIFAMILY CONSTRUCTION

Locations: Sarasota, North Port & St. Petersburg, FL

Compensation: $75,000–$130,000 base salary

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Standard 1st Shift

Openings: 3 – one in each location

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced HVAC Superintendents to oversee multifamily commercial construction projects in Sarasota, North Port, and St. Petersburg. This position will manage projects from planning through implementation, including scheduling, resource allocation, subcontractor supervision, quality control, and coordination with project stakeholders.

• Oversee HVAC construction projects from planning through implementation
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Coordinate project schedules and allocate resources
• Work with inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, local officials, and clients
• Ensure workmanship meets project plans and specifications
• Negotiate with contractors to maintain reasonable project costs
• Oversee mechanical HVAC requirements, including fire dampers

• HVAC multifamily commercial construction experience required
• Previous construction management or superintendent experience
• Strong understanding of the mechanical side of HVAC construction
• Experience working with fire dampers and related HVAC systems
• Exposure to Procore, AutoCAD, or similar construction technology preferred
• Strong leadership, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple project responsibilities

• Base salary: $75,000–$130,000
