They are looking for an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead major construction projects, oversee field operations, and play a critical role in delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

• Oversee all on-site construction activities for large-scale commercial projects from mobilization through completion
• Develop and manage project schedules, construction sequencing, and site logistics plans
• Direct subcontractors, trade partners, assistant superintendents, and field personnel
• Coordinate daily field operations to maintain project schedules and ensure efficient workflow
• Enforce site safety standards, company policies, and project-specific safety plans
• Monitor construction quality and ensure work is completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and applicable codes
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, constructability issues, and field challenges
• Coordinate with project managers, owners, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and review short-term look-ahead schedules
• Oversee material procurement coordination, equipment planning, deliveries, and site access
• Review construction documents, RFIs, and submittals to ensure proper execution in the field
• Maintain accurate daily reports, progress updates, and project documentation
• Mentor and develop field supervision personnel while promoting accountability and teamwork
• Manage inspections, punch lists, commissioning, and final project closeout

• Extensive experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent for a commercial general contractor
• Proven experience leading large-scale commercial construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, sequencing, and logistics
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple subcontractors and large field teams
• Proficiency in interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and project documents
• Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality control procedures
• Experience with construction scheduling and project management software
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to anticipate project challenges and implement solutions proactively
• Commitment to delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within established quality standards
