Project Manager, Construction Manager​/ Foreman, Procurement ​/ Purchasing

Pay:

$95,000.00 - $ per year

This is an on-site role based in the Tampa, Florida area, with travel to project sites as needed.
Note: Must have 4+ years of experience independently running commercial construction projects, including contract negotiation, financial management, scheduling, and estimating. Candidates must have permanent U.S. work authorization and no current or future sponsorship needs.

• Manage commercial construction projects from pre‑construction through closeout
• Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, estimating, and overall execution
• Negotiate contracts and oversee subcontractor and vendor relationships
• Monitor project financials and keep projects on time and on budget
• Coordinate with internal teams, architects, engineers, consultants, and field personnel
• Review drawings, scopes, schedules, and project documentation to keep work moving efficiently
• Conduct site visits, track progress, and proactively resolve issues
• Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure work is completed in compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality expectations
• Support a high‑accountability, solutions‑oriented project environment

• 4+ years of project management experience in commercial construction
• Experience independently running projects with responsibility for contracts, budgets, scheduling, and estimating
• Strong financial management and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts and keep projects on track
• Proficiency with construction project management tools such as Procore and MS Project is strongly preferred
• Ground‑up commercial construction experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Comfortable traveling to project sites as needed
