Fox TV Stations FOX Television Stations owns and operates 29 full power broadcast television stations in the U.S. These include stations located in 14 of the top 15 largest designated market areas, or DMAs, and duopolies in 11 DMAs, including the three largest DMAs (New York, Los Angeles and Chicago). Of these stations, 18 are affiliated with the FOX Network. In addition to distributing sports, entertainment and syndicated content, our television stations collectively produce approximately 1,200 hours of local news every week.

These stations leverage viewer, distributor and advertiser demand for the FOX Network's national content.

BROADCAST MOTION DESIGNER - A.I. INTEGRATOR (Full-Time - Tampa, FL)

Join FOX TV Stations' in-house creative team and help shape the visual identity of our Owned & Operated Television Stations, as well as LiveNOW on FOX and FOX Local national streaming services.
The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who is technically proficient in Large Language Models (LLMs
, while deeply grounded in the fundamentals of art (composition, lighting, color theory). This role blends creative storytelling, technical excellence, and innovation across news, sports, promos, social/digital, weather, and more - delivered across multiple platforms.

• Create industry-leading motion graphics and animations from concept to completion across broadcast, streaming, and digital platforms
• Generative Workflow: Utilize tools such as Midjourney, Runway, and/or Gemini, to generate high-fidelity images, textures, and video assets.
• Advanced Prompt Engineering: Craft, refine, and catalog complex text-to-image prompts to achieve consistent style, tone, and character continuity across projects.
• Post-Processing & Compositing: Take raw AI outputs and refine them into production-ready assets using Adobe Photoshop for compositing
• Style Curation: Train or fine-tune to replicate specific brand guidelines and aesthetic styles.
• R&D & Optimization: Stay on the bleeding edge of AI developments. Test new tools, plugins to improve workflow efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Art Directors and stakeholders to visualize concepts rapidly during the ideation phase.
• Ethical Compliance: Ensure all generated content adheres to copyright laws and company ethical guidelines regarding AI usage.
• Deliver high-quality visuals under tight deadlines while maintaining FOX brand standards

• 2-3 years of professional experience in 2D/3D motion design
• Proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Cinema 4D
• Demonstrated success implementing Artificial Intelligence-driven tools (e.g., generative design, automation, upscaling, image/video synthesis, or workflow acceleration) and a curiosity to push their creative and practical applications
• Strong design sensibility, technical skillset, and creative problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Flexibility to work all potential hours/shifts as needed
• Degree in Design preferred, but strong portfolios/reels are equally valued

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $65,.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
