Position Summary (will train)

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Art & Framing Services Associate to join our in-house team. This role involves assisting customers with art and frame design selections, processing orders efficiently, managing materials, and performing custom picture framing and art installation. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, physically capable, and customer-focused.

• Assist customers with frame, mat, glass, and art selections based on design, budget, and project needs
• Create accurate pricing and process transactions using POS systems
• Measure, design, and complete custom picture framing projects, will train
• Quickly and accurately process framing and art orders
• Order, receive, check in, and manage framing materials and supplies
• Maintain organization of inventory, work spaces, and tools
• Communicate with vendors regarding orders, materials, and timelines
• Art delivery and installation as needed
• Ensure high standards of craftsmanship, quality control, and customer satisfaction

Experience in picture framing, art services, or a related field preferred

Strong design sense and attention to detail

Excellent Customer Service And Communication Skills

Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects efficiently

Physically fit; able to lift, and handle artwork safely

Reliable, punctual, and dependable

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
