Dance Teacher

I’m primarily looking for someone to teach Pre-Ballet and ‘Mini-Acro’ classes on Saturdays. Classes start Aug. 11. There may be additional classes for Beginning Ballet and Musical Theatre.

Established 30 years ago primarily as a Ballet school, we recently relocated to a new location and began offering instruction in all dance forms as well as vocal and instrumental music classes. We are also producing musical theatre shows to give our students opportunities to showcase their full range of talents. The pandemic shut us down right as we were building up our programs, but we have held on and are looking to blossom.

I'm looking for someone who can be pivotal in developing the Pre-Ballet program and seeks to grow with our program. You must be a 'team player' who understands the importance of that role.

We are not a 'competition school' although our older dancers do attend YAGP and select other Ballet competitions if desired. We do mixed reparatory concerts along with full-length ballets and musical productions.
