Position Details
The Department of Theatre & Dance invites applications for part-time instruction in Dance.
Responsibilities include
- Create syllabus and course related materials.
- Teach course(s) according to departmental guidelines.
- Be able to provide meeting times for students outside of class.
- Complete course grading and submit final grades through the online system.
The successful candidate will have
- Master of Fine Arts in Dance.
- A minimum of a Bachelor of Arts, or commensurate professional experience, in specialty dance techniques such as West African, Hip Hop, Ballroom, or Tap.
- College level teaching experience; experience teaching dance classes preferred.
