The Event Setup Crew Member plays a hands-on role in bringing events to life. Working under the direction of a Crew Lead, this person helps load, unload, set, and strike high-end event Decor. You’ll work on-site at hotels, venues, and private residences to make sure every setup looks flawless.

This is a non-driving position — ideal for someone who enjoys physical, detail-oriented work and takes pride in making things look perfect.

• Load and unload furniture, bars, and décor with care and efficiency
• Set up and arrange event items according to layout and style guides
• Handle all pieces carefully to avoid damage and maintain presentation quality
• Follow setup directions precisely and stay focused under pressure
• Keep a positive, professional attitude with team members, clients, and venues
• Assist with breakdowns and returns to the warehouse after events
• Maintain company quality and safety standards at all times

• Prior hospitality or event experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Coachable and open to feedback — no ego, no drama
• Reliable, on time, and professional in appearance
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and stand or move for long periods
• Flexible schedule — weekends and some evenings required
