• Handle inbound calls from applicants seeking social service support with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide accurate information on program eligibility, application processes, and required documentation.
• Guide applicants through the online portal and educate them on completing applications successfully.
• Navigate efficiently across multiple computer systems, tabs, and screens.
• Demonstrate exemplary attendance, punctuality, and reliability.
• Maintain confidentiality and the highest standards of customer service.

• 13 years of administrative or customer service experience.
• Bilingual in Creole is required.
• Experience with Yardi or Rent Café software is a plus.
• Strong computer and data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional phone etiquette, with clear verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask while accurately logging notes and handling calls.
• Compassionate, patient, and client-focused approach.
• Ontime dependability and reliability a must.
