Apartment Leasing Professional

Pay range: $23.00/hr - $25.00/hr

We are seeking experienced Apartment Leasing Professionals who are dependable, motivated, and customer service‑driven. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced, resident‑focused environment.

• Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the features and benefits of the community
• Guide prospective residents through the application and leasing process
• Process lease agreements, renewals, and move‑in documentation
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Accurately handle deposits and rent payments
• Maintain accurate records and assist with leasing reports
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents

• Minimum 6‑12 months of apartment leasing experience
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• Experience with Yardi, One Site, or similar leasing software
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to tour properties, including walking and stair climbing
• Availability to work weekends as needed
