CSRs handle Marketplace insurance inquiries, read scripts, and assist customers with online applications. Training is paid, with potential bonuses during peak season.
Open positions run September through February. The on-site role requires English and Spanish proficiency, a minimum of 20 WPM typing, and a strong customer-service
