We are seeking a highly organized, client-focused, and detail-oriented Client Service Representative (Campaign Manager) to join our Business Development team. In this entry-level role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, conducting calls to gather critical information, develop and execute strategies that support the launch and growth of their businesses. This is a phone-heavy position perfect for someone who excels in communication, enjoys building client relationships, and is eager to learn the advertising and business development industry.

We provide comprehensive training over your first 90 days, with an evaluation at that point to transition to a hybrid work arrangement.

• Conduct regular phone calls with clients to gather detailed information about their business needs, goals, vision, target audience, and unique value propositions.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized campaigns that align with client objectives and drive results.
• Monitor campaign progress and provide regular updates to clients, addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and ensure a seamless, positive experience throughout the engagement.
• Manage multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients over the phone.

• Customer service or client-facing experience is preferred but not required; we provide full training.

• Comprehensive, ongoing training over your first 90 days
• Full in-office training during this initial period (Monday-Thursday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM; Friday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
• Performance evaluation at the 90-day mark with transition to hybrid work arrangement if successful
• Mentorship and support from an experienced team
