• Respond quickly to inbound calls, texts, chats, and emails from potential clients. First impressions matter; your words will shape how we're seen.
• Gather key case information with empathy, confidence, and accuracy.
• Ensure no lead goes unanswered. Your follow-through could change someone’s life.
• Accurately enter information so our legal team can move fast to help our clients.
• Assess potential clients. You help us make sure we help the right people.

• You genuinely care about helping others and love making people feel heard.
• You’re comfortable on the phone, quick-thinking, and confident when speaking.
• You can type while talking and stay organized under pressure.
• Have worked in sales or customer service and know how to connect and convert with warmth.
• Our best Intake Specialists share this background.
• Spanish fluency is a plus.
